Companion of the Flame - Shadowdark RPG Class for the "World of Nimbus"

"The World of Nimbus" is a 5th Edition tabletop RPG setting book with a gritty, dark, sword and sandals setting.  These classes can be used to run "The World of Nimbus" with Shadowdark instead of 5e!

The Companion of the Flame is a member of an ancient religious order of the messianic "Torchbearer".  There are few who keep the Torchbearers ways now.  Those descendents of his original companions are able to inspire and push back against the Shadowdark!

The World of Nimbus - By Nimbus of Legend Games

Banished by the very empire they serve, Bronze Age heroes of another world battle against the forces of evil.  Before the founding of the Righteous Empire, fiends streamed into the World of Nimbus through rifts connected to the horrors of the Shadowdark.  

Then came the Torchbearer. Armed with his teachings, humanity rebelled and threw off the yoke of slavery. Eight city-states were founded to seal the rifts. For a thousand years the empire shone as a beacon of human freedom, yet in these closing centuries a collapse from within has begun. Corrupt officials, irreligious behavior, and the sickening spread of human greed have taken hold where goodness and law once reigned.

With the loss of the faith of the Torchbearer, this darkness has returned.  In this fallen world, heroes of Nimbus battle fearsome foes that leak into their world from the Shadowdark!  Through subterfuge, swordplay, and sorcery, loyalist rebels strive to lead their people back to the Torchbearer's ways before it is too late!
